bhd33 Terms & Conditions — Rules Governing Platform Use

01 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms", "Agreement", or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter "Player", "User", or "you") and bhd33 (hereinafter "bhd33", "we", "us", or "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at bhd33.io (hereinafter the "Platform" or "Site").

bhd33 provides online casino gaming, live dealer games, sports betting (including cricket, football, and kabaddi), instant games, and related services to eligible players in Bangladesh. All services offered on the Platform are governed exclusively by these Terms. No verbal representations, informal communications, or third-party statements modify or override these Terms.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any ambiguity arising from translation or interpretation, the English-language version of these Terms shall prevail in all circumstances.

02 Eligibility

To be eligible to use the bhd33 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is not expressly prohibited under applicable law;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for, or on behalf of, any third party;
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or close family member of any employee or contractor of bhd33 or its affiliated partner game studios;
• You have not previously been excluded or banned from the bhd33 Platform or requested self-exclusion;
• All funds deposited into your bhd33 account are from lawful sources and are not the proceeds of any criminal activity.

bhd33 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age and identity from any Player at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory evidence within a reasonable period will result in account suspension pending verification.

03 Account Registration

Each individual Player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) registered account on the bhd33 Platform. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or device identifiers — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension of all accounts associated with that individual, as well as the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

3.1 Accuracy of Information

During the registration process, you are required to provide complete and accurate personal information including but not limited to: your full legal name as it appears on your National Identity Card (NID) or passport, date of birth, mobile number, and a valid email address. bhd33 will use this information for identity verification (KYC), payment processing, and account security purposes.

3.2 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

bhd33 operates a mandatory KYC verification process. All Players are required to complete identity verification before their first withdrawal is processed. Verification documents accepted include: Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID), valid passport, or other government-issued photo identification. bhd33 reserves the right to request additional supporting documentation at any stage of the account lifecycle.

3.3 Account Updates

You are responsible for keeping your account information current and accurate. Any change of mobile number, email address, or payment method must be reported to [email protected] and verified before the updated details are applied to your account.

04 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your bhd33 account login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTP) issued to your registered mobile number. bhd33 strongly recommends that you:

• Use a strong, unique password that is not shared with any other online service;
• Never disclose your password to any third party, including bhd33 support staff (bhd33 will never request your password);
• Log out of your account when using shared or public devices;
• Enable all available account security features, including OTP verification for withdrawals.

In the event that you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify bhd33 immediately by contacting [email protected]. bhd33 accepts no liability for losses arising from the unauthorised use of your account where such access results from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.

05 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

The minimum single deposit amount on the bhd33 Platform is ৳200. Deposits may be made via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and BRAC Bank, subject to availability at the time of transaction. bhd33 does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment service provider may apply their own transaction charges for which bhd33 accepts no responsibility.

All deposits must originate from payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits received from third-party accounts will be returned and the relevant bhd33 account may be suspended pending investigation.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed only to payment methods previously used to deposit funds into your account and only after full KYC verification has been completed. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. bhd33 does not charge withdrawal fees on bKash, Nagad, or Rocket transactions. Withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes for bKash and Nagad following approval; bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 3 business days.

5.3 Currency

All account balances, deposits, bonuses, and withdrawals on the bhd33 Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). bhd33 does not accept or process transactions in any foreign currency. All displayed amounts use Western Arabic numerals.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

bhd33 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, reload promotions, and other incentives to registered Players. The availability, terms, and duration of each promotional offer are published at the time the offer is made active. The following general conditions apply to all bonus and promotional offers unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific terms of each promotion:

• Each bonus offer is available to one account per Player, per household, and per device;
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be satisfied before any portion of the bonus or associated winnings may be withdrawn;
• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period specified for each bonus; unused bonus funds expire at the end of the validity period;
• Certain game categories (e.g., live dealer games, specific jackpot slots) may contribute at a reduced rate — or not at all — towards wagering requirements. Contribution rates are published in the individual bonus terms;
• bhd33 reserves the right to alter, suspend, or withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice, provided that the rights of Players who have already accepted and activated an offer in good faith are not materially affected;
• Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate any bonus offer — including the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play patterns, or hedging strategies designed to guarantee profit — constitutes a breach of these Terms. bhd33 reserves the right to void bonus funds and any associated winnings in such cases.

07 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on the bhd33 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant game, sport, or betting market. These rules are published within the Platform and form part of these Terms by reference.

7.1 Sports Betting

Bets accepted on cricket (including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers internationals), football, kabaddi, and other sports markets are governed by the individual market rules. In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed, or declared void, bhd33's specific void and settlement rules for that market will apply. All settlement decisions made by bhd33 are final.

7.2 Casino & Slot Games

All casino games and slot titles on the bhd33 Platform are powered by certified third-party providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems operated by the respective game studios. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are those provided by the game studios and are not modified by bhd33.

7.3 Errors and Malfunctions

In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or manifest pricing error affecting any game or betting market, bhd33 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the relevant Player accounts. bhd33 is not liable to pay winnings arising from manifest errors, regardless of whether the error was immediately apparent to the Player at the time of placing the bet.

08 Responsible Gaming

bhd33 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices among all registered Players. The Platform provides the following responsible gaming tools, which are available to all Players at no cost and without requiring justification:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from within their account dashboard. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 48-hour cooling-off period;
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure on-screen reminders that notify them when a specified session duration has been reached;
• Cooling-Off Period: Players may request a temporary suspension of their account for a period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks. During a cooling-off period, the account cannot be used to place bets or deposits;

09 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bhd33 Platform. Engaging in any of the activities listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and may result in legal action:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading registration or KYC information;
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity, money laundering, or fraud;
• Using automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other software to interact with the Platform in a manner not expressly permitted;
• Exploiting software bugs, vulnerabilities, or pricing errors for financial gain;
• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market;
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or corrupt conduct in relation to any sporting event offered for betting on the Platform;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or interfere with the technical infrastructure of the Platform;
• Using the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is expressly prohibited by applicable law.

10 Disputes & Termination

10.1 Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any aspect of your bhd33 account, a transaction, a game result, or the application of these Terms, you must submit your complaint in writing to [email protected] within 30 calendar days of the event giving rise to the complaint. Complaints submitted after this period may not be considered.

bhd33 will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and aim to provide a full written response within 10 business days. All decisions made by bhd33's management in response to formally submitted disputes are final and binding.

10.2 Account Termination by bhd33

bhd33 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete KYC verification, or conduct prejudicial to the integrity of the Platform.

10.3 Account Closure by the Player

You may close your bhd33 account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon receiving your closure request, bhd33 will process any pending balance — subject to verification and applicable withdrawal conditions — within 10 business days. Bonus funds not subject to completed wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the bhd33 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, game assets, software, data compilations, and layout — is the intellectual property of bhd33 or its licensed content partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You may not reproduce, distribute, display, transmit, sell, or create derivative works from any content on the bhd33 Platform without prior written permission from bhd33. The bhd33 name, logo, and all associated brand marks are trademarks of bhd33 and may not be used without express written consent.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bhd33 shall not be liable to any Player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses or damages arising out of or in connection with the use of, or inability to use, the Platform — including but not limited to loss of funds, loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption — even if bhd33 has been advised of the possibility of such losses.

bhd33's total aggregate liability to any individual Player in connection with any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player in the 90-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bhd33 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You are responsible for ensuring that your device and network connection are suitable for accessing the Platform securely.

13 Amendments to These Terms

bhd33 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, bhd33 will provide reasonable advance notice to registered Players via the email address associated with their account or via an on-Platform notification. The effective date of the revised Terms will be updated at the top of this document.

Your continued use of the bhd33 Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 10.3 above.
